Questions people ask before paying
Is there a monthly or setup fee?
No. You only pay for messages. Creating an account, adding team members and using the API are free.
Do I pay for messages that fail?
You are not charged for messages we reject before sending (wrong template, unapproved sender ID, insufficient balance). Messages accepted by the mobile operator and then not delivered because the number is invalid, on DND, or switched off are charged, as the operator charges us for them.
What do I need to start sending?
A DLT registration with at least one approved sender ID and template. If you do not have one, we will register it for you for ₹1,499.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice with your GSTIN is generated automatically on every wallet top-up and can be downloaded from your account.
Does the wallet expire?
Balance is valid for 12 months from each top-up. We will remind you before anything lapses.
Is there a discount for higher volumes?
Volume pricing applies automatically above 1 lakh messages a month. For more than 10 lakh a month, talk to us for a custom rate.
